Oil in Water Analyser for Safe Area Side Stream Measurements

A water analyser for Total Suspended Solids (TSS), oil droplet size and gas bubble size. This this is an on-line system which uses video microscopy to make three measurements simultaneously. There is continuous reporting of particulate size for suspended solids, like sand and scale, oil droplet size, and the presence of gas bubbles can be reported. Any changes to particulate concentration or size can immediately alert operators of filter breakthrough or plant problems including water pollution. The EX-400 uses a patented self-cleaning technology which makes routine maintenance unnecessary, and does not use cleaning chemicals, so lowering the cost of ownership. The intuitive, Windows-based user interface allows easy configuration and remote control, allowing remote technical support if necessary.
