Oil in Water Analyser for Safe Area Side Stream Measurements

The EX-400M is a water analyser for Total Suspended Solids (TSS), oil droplet size and gas bubble size. This on-line system uses video microscopy to combine three measurements in one. Continuous measurements of particulate size for suspended solids, like sand and scale, oil droplet size, and the presence of gas bubbles can be reported. If there any changes to particulate concentration or size operators can be alerted that there may be a filter breakthrough or plant problems including water pollution. Routine maintenance is eliminated by the use of the patented self-cleaning technology, which without the need for cleaning chemicals, lowers the cost of ownership. The Windows-based user interface makes configuration and remote control easy, and allows remote technical support if necessary.
