Air Aspiration/Exhaust Gas Multipurpose Silencer

The FPS ‘critical’ absorptive silencer is suitable for air intake and exhaust applications on diesel and gas engines, fan blowers and centrifugal compressors as well as gas turbine modules. The design incorporates a central ‘pod’ splitter for good acoustic performance at the middle/high frequency ranges with minimum pressure drop. Manufactured as standard from mild carbon steel finished in red oxide primer.
