The Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce Annual Awards ceremony will celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of businesses across Greater Birmingham, particularly during these challenging times. Nearly 80 companies and organisations have been shortlisted for this year's awards, which will be held in person.
Our Vision for the Future: As part of our application process, we outlined our vision for the company:

IWM Over the Years: Since 2003, IWM has experienced consistent growth and expansion, with 50% of our business now being exported to all continents. We have restructured our operations and increased our global market presence significantly.
IWM Over the Last 12 Months: Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, IWM has adapted by restructuring our workforce and facilities. This period provided us with an opportunity to enhance our infrastructure and improve efficiency for the future.
IWM Moving Forward: We have initiated projects to attract new customers, enhance digital marketing efforts, and improve internal IT infrastructure. These initiatives, along with others, have positioned us for growth and success in the years ahead.
A Strong Foundation: Thanks to our strong financial foundation, we were able to weather the financial impact of the pandemic while prioritising employee welfare, health, and safety. As a result, we have the largest order book since 2003 and are planning to recruit new talent.
