“Confined space” means any place, including any chamber, tank, vat, silo, pit, trench, pipe, sewer, flue, well or other similar space in which, by virtue of its enclosed nature, there arises a reasonably foreseeable specified risk.
One of our new courses for 2013, the confined space course offers delegates an understanding of who needs to enter such workplaces understand the requirements of the law, the need for risk assessments and safe systems of work and how to apply these practically, as well as providing them with a permit for proof of training.
