Saxon 5

The hot air system of heat sealing benefits from not having expensive sealing bands, and incorporates the latest PID temperature control mechanism. The Saxon 5 needs no external air supply for the heater module. The digital temperature readout accurately controls the efficient sealing of materials of all thickness up to 1000g (10 mil of 250 microns). Every part of the machine is fully accessible for maintenance and many of the parts are designed on a “plug in” modular replacement basis. It can be used as a free standing unit on an adjustable column and mobile trolley, or incorporated with a conveyor.
