New Online Form for Repairs and Reshipment

An online service form for repair and reshipment of JULABO instruments to JULABO GmbH at Seelbach is available NOW. All important information on each instrument must be entered in this form prior to reshipment. When all data has been entered, a RMA number is assigned to the transaction and you will receive a confirmation email. This email includes an address label which has to be attached to the reshipment and must be clearly visible. The email also includes an accompanying document for each registered instrument and must be enclosed in the package. Please note that the online form must be filled out for every reshipment and/or repair. The address label with the RMA number must be attached and clearly visible on every package/reshipment.
