SANDING GRADE GUIDE

Sanding Grade Guide: COARSE 40- 60 GRIT; The coarse grade quickly removes unwanted coatings and finished from the surface in preperation for lacquers, varnishes and paints. Can be used with chemical stripping compounds. MEDIUM 80-100 GRIT The medium Grade removes unwanted coatings and finished from the surface in preperation for lacquers, varnishes and paints. Can be used with chemical stripping compounds. FINE: 120 - 150 GRIT The fine grade flattens and smooths the surface in preperation for lacquers, varnishes and paints. Can be used with chemical stripping compounds. EXTRA FINE: 180 - 240 GRIT Used for final preperations before finishing. Ideal for polishing and achieving a super smooth finish.
