In order to ensure a reliable base for decking or walkways, a solid substructure is essential. Our moulded, one piece, recycled plastic joists can be used in conjunction with recycled plastic, round piles and mixed plastic planks, to provide a maintenance free solution on just about any surface.

Typical applications include: Boating, fishing and bathing pathways, swimming platforms, beach, forest and bog paths, stairs, bridges, surfing and wakeboard areas, boat docks, canoeing platforms, terraces and balconies.

Tips: Place your joist supports approx 1.4m apart. Our 120 x 60 planks are suitable as joists and fit the slots in the joist supports perfectly. To compensate for unlevel ground, 80mm diameter round recycled plastic posts fit into a slot on the underside of the joist support and can be anchored into the ground first. Then bolt any support beams into the slots on the Moulded joists for a secure and reliable platform base.
