The project involved complex civil engineering works, including constructing two Section 278 junctions, extensive earthworks, main sewer installation, and phased groundworks for residential plots. Environmental initiatives included installing the largest attenuation pond early in the program to manage water outfall and utilizing Kelly tanks for concrete washout treatment.
