Hughes Pumps Open Day 2023

Kelly Tanks were delighted to take part of Hughes Pumps Open Day this year and proud to launch our new 'GWS Compact' system, ideal for treating Hydrodem Waste.

The day was enjoyable, interesting and insightful. Guests from various parts of the world were given a factory tour and demonstrations of Hughes High and Ultra High Pressure Jetting Solutions, before being treated to a buffet lunch.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Demos included:

• Hughes smallest 1000bar pump, the HP65 pump (25lpm at 1000bar). Demonstrated with a dump gun and rotary surface cleaning nozzle. Click HERE to view.

• Hughes Ultrabar 30 DRT (30lpm at 2800bar) with a dump gun and surface preparation nozzle. Click HERE to view.

• Hughes new 3000bar pressure adjusting/dump valve

• Hughes largest pump at 500HP, the HP500 (200lpm at 1000bar). Demonstrated with a DERC Salotech large diameter pipe cleaning nozzle.

Also available to view was Hughes newly designed HP220 DS (50lpm at 1400bar), diesel driven, skid mounted unit, which included a brand new 1400bar pumphead design to reduce cost and delivery times as well as increase maintenance intervals.

DERC Salotech were also invited to demonstrate some of their water jetting accessories with demos to show what their products are capable of.

And finally guests were invited to view and learn about Kelly Tanks flagship Hydrodem Water Treatment System, the 'HpC pH Control System' and our latest innovation the 'GWS Compact'.
