BMD300/800/1200/1800 magnetic coupling

The BMD300 is a high torque magnetic coupling (300 Ncm) used as standard on our BEP280 range of autoclaves. There are no external rotating parts and because of the high torque it can be used to stir high viscosity products in vessels up to 20 litres. Rated to 150 bar. Maximum stirrer speed 2000rpm. An ATEX certified version is available. Standard materials of construction are stainless steel or Hastelloy, any other weldable metal can be used such as Titanium, Monel, Tantalum, etc.The BMD800 is the higher torque version (800 Ncm) for extremely high viscosity products or larger vessels. Versions available up to 1800 Ncm.
