Reaction and Distillation Systems

Using glass, glass lined steel, PTFE and other corrosion resistant materials we can supply reaction vessels and all associated glassware for systems from 5 up to 250 litres vessel volume. Above this volume we use glass lined steel vessels and can provide glassware up to 600mm diameter. This allows us to provide glass overheads for very large vessels.We constantly strive to be at the forefront of technology and always listen to the customers' requirements. Our range is continually developing and as a result we offer many items (such as bottom outlet valves, mechanical seals, etc) designed in house as there were no acceptable alternatives available. All our systems are designed to be used from atmospheric pressure to 1 mbar or less and are rated from -50oC to +200oC. Wider ranges are available.
