Ratner safe lost keys

I got a call from a customer in the Hertfordshire area who had this Ratner Secretariat safe that they had misplaced the keys while moving house. They had called a Locksmith who passed them my number. I gave the customer a price and they agreed it and so we arranged a time and day. Once on site I look down the keyhole and I could see it still had the original lock. So I proceeded to pick the lock open. The customer had already told me they had the spare key inside so they did not want me to change the lock or make new keys as the key they could not find had been packed and was already on a lorry some where.
