Kingly recently wrote a letter to the Agency for People with Disabilities in Bulgaria to express commitment to future long-term collaboration with the social enterprise Low Carb Factory. We are excited to open up off-site job opportunities within our manufacturing spaces, specifically designed for their employees – individuals facing various mental or physical challenges. This partnership represents much more than just a business arrangement. It’s an opportunity to foster inclusivity, promote diversity, and make a difference in people’s lives.
We understand the importance of providing constant employment, commitment, and regularity of orders to ensure the success of this collaboration. Also, we are dedicated to working closely with the Low Carb Factory to coordinate transportation for their employees to our production base. Furthermore, Kingly’s employees will be actively involved in supporting and assisting them throughout the process of folding FSC-certified boxes and packaging our products. We firmly believe that by working hand in hand, we can create a supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone has the chance to thrive and succeed.
Last year, 20 people employed within the social enterprises Low Carb Factory and Labour Therapy LTD were involved in folding 13,268 FSC-certified boxes. Most of these boxes were destined for customer orders and packing sock samples for prestigious trade shows across Europe in 2024.
