Alexander Grigorov: I like that we are a fast-growing company producing sustainable products

For a few months now we have had a new Warehouse Manager and he’s the bomb. Literally. Aleksander Grigorov has a bubbly personality but he’s also very punctual. Sasho makes no compromises when it comes to managing the production team and meeting deadlines. He has the superpower to make the impossible possible and even transform a dull factory office into an art gallery. What are your first impressions of the company? I like that Kingly is a fast-growing company. I like the young team and the dynamic environment. What are the best practices or values that made you take the decision to join the team? I really like that we make organic, sustainable products. We use textile waste and compostable bags, instead of contributing to polluting the environment. We are preserving resources which is very important in the long run. What are the personal and professional strengths that you bring to the table? How do you think your skills will help the business? I am responsible, organized, efficient. I think that contributes a lot to the work process. Who do you rely on the most for help when there is a bump on the road? Mira. We are not just colleagues; we are also very close friends. She is closest to me. And the other person I can rely on is Dessy. What is the most interesting part of your work? I like making the compact T-shirts and towels. I also like the sublimation process and creating beautiful socks. To be honest, the hygiene products are not that interesting to me. But that is how it is. We just work on two separate fronts. What is the biggest challenge you face when it comes to your job and managing your team? I don’t see anything challenging. I have worked in a similar position for a long time and there is nothing that I don’t understand and that I find complicated. Tell me a little bit about what you do in your spare time. What excites you, what are your passions? I am a creative person. I like interior design and decoration. I love art and that’s why I transformed my boring factory office with some reproductions of Salvador Dalí and René Magritte. I want to feel comfortable here even though I don’t work with clients directly. I just want to feel good where I spend most of my time. I need to feel comfortable, I need to feel at home. I think it shows character, it shows personality. I also enjoy reading fashion sites and watching fashion shows. I love watching movies at home – romantic and comedy for instance. Action movies are not my favorite. I love vampire movies. Horror movies – not so much. I like to go for walks and I love to travel. The Seaside is my favorite place to be – I love the sun, the water, the beach, the cocktails, the relaxation and the massages. I like to treat myself.
