KTR - The Fourth Decade...1990-1999

Following the fire in 1989, thoughts turned to rebuilding the damaged office and warehouse. The initial idea was to erect a new building, however, due to limited space and time the idea was rejected, as was the planned move to a new location. Therefore it was decided that a new warehouse would be built, with increased height for extra storage space, and the old offices would be refurbished.
