Responsibilities As a member of the Services Team, you will undertake a range of assignments. For new installations, you will work with the client’s project team to ensure a successful outcome. This will mainly be Configuration work using our LIMS / ELN software, but may also include Business Analysis, Data Architecture, Project Management and assisting with Validation. For existing installations, you will help customers manage and extend their systems by providing services such as functional enhancements, rolling out to new sites, and Line 2 / Line 3 services. A key responsibility will be to participate in the on-going improvement of our products and services. You will be expected to comply with our QA system and Consultant Certification process. Candidate We are looking for LIMS / ELN professionals with an exceptional track record of at least 7 years in a significant leadership role involving LIMS / ELN or Laboratory-linked technology. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (preferably Computer Science or Chemistry) and experience in the following: · Configuration of LabWare LIMS and ELN products (or other LIMS / ELN products). · Databases (Oracle, SQLServer), SQL, LIMS Basic programming, XML, HTML, Crystal Reports. · Server-based architecture, Web deployments, Citrix deployments, web services. · Laboratory instrument interfacing, ERP systems interfacing. · Project Management, Business Analysis, Validation To apply for this position, e-mail your CV to EUjobs@labware.com.
