Big Mouth Coasters

One of our Lasercut technician wanted to produce coasters as decor in mild steel with ‘Big Mouth’ characters engraved on the top. Here at LaserCut Works, we allow our technicians to play and experiment with materials and designs because something can be learnt everyday. She first cut circles out of 6mm mild steel then put them on the metal engraver to engage the characters and outer rim within her design. After the engraving was complete she got rid of any excess dust by polishing it lightly then sprayed on matt lacquer to prevent the metal from rusting.
