New Italian Distributor appointed

Lasermet are pleased to announce a new Italian distributor for its laser safety products, namely Laser Optronic SpA - based in Milan and Rome. Laser Optronic was founded in February 1975 as a subsidiary of Laser Optronic GmbH, a German company that produced a laser system for the calibration of the resistors on ceramic substrates. The company marketed hi-tech products for the electro-optics industry. To expand the niche market business in the industrial electronics and scientific community, Gabriele Galimberti was commissioned to expand the activities in Italy. By the age of 31, Galimberti had already gained extensive experience, as a design engineer. This was followed by the marketing of equipment for automation in the electronics industry. Laser Optronic SpA, is now Italian owned and operates in the market through offices in Milan and Rome and it has achieved steady and systematic growth over the years and will be extending its capability in the laser safety market throughout Italy.
