This product is manufactured on request and can take 1-3 working days, due to the different combination of plug and socket the UK 4 gang will be a rewireable unit. Note that this product does not perform any voltage conversion, so only devices that can run on the standard 110v 60hz US supply should be connected to it. With any converter cable you should check the voltage used in the countries you're visiting before using the product. The USA uses 110 volts so you will need to check before plugging in any appliances that they are compatible with a 110 volt system.
