High-Speed Solenoid Valves for Micro-Dispensing

Now available from Lee Products is the VHS micro-dispensing valve. This high-speed (1,200 Hz), two-way solenoid valve is designed for applications where size, dispense volume, repeatability and reliability are extremely important. The small size (0.22" diameter) allows placement of the valve directly over the individual well centers of standard 96 well micro-titre plates. The VHS micro-dispensing valve is available with either a standard (0.05") or small (0.02") diameter outlet port or with an integral jeweled orifice for direct dispensing. The valve also features low power consumption (500 mW maximum) and a 200,000,000 cycle life. Wetted materials include stainless steel, PEEK, PPS and EPDM, ensuring a high level of chemical resistance and a wide range of fluid compatibility.
