Prototyping

Prototyping is our service which gets your electronic solution into its first physical form as rapidly as possible. Time to market is always crucial with electronic products. We aim to make your prototype within a week although sometimes we can do it much more quickly. Sometimes our prototype customers will visit us and this gains them interactive control over the design of their prototype. This can be very important if there are many too many details to put in a design brief, or if space is tight. The first prototype will be made with pre-anodised plate so punched or milled edges may be visible. However, the final version will be anodised after production. We have in-house printing so we can know straight away what the final product will look like. Also this allows us to quote for the whole product so that our customers will always be in control of the product costings.
