Armed Forces Reserves Day

London Electronics Ltd hold the Silver Award of the Armed Forces Covenant and we would like to share with you what that means for us and how you could benefit by employing members of the Armed Forces Reserves in your organisation, or by becoming a Reservist yourself. Our Royal Air Force Reservist is Rob King, pictured above, from 2623 Squadron, RAF Honington. Rob has worked with us for the past 7 years and joined the Squadron 6 years ago and has been regularly deployed on various defence tasks, 3 times overseas. Rob's training brings confidence and valuable practical and organisational skills to the Company, so we are keen to share our enthusiasm for the Armed Forces Covenant with you. Rob also presented a talk on 25th June 2019 to his colleagues at work on what is involved in being a reservist. Wednesday 26th June is the UK Armed Forces Reserves day, culminating in Armed Forces Day on the 29th.
