Flexible Drag Chain System. Standard energy chains do not allow movement from side to side or twisting. They are made from rigid material to maximize unsupported length and ensure straight running. Some applications may require a different solution. The ALLROUND drag chain system opens up a range of different opportunities. By using highly flexible link material the ALLROUND offers a number of varied movement possibilities without requiring any substantial design alterations. The high flexibility of the ALLROUND makes the combination of several movements achievable. If there is sufficient chain length, then lateral pivoting movements of 90 degrees and and axial rotation of 180 degrees is possible.
