Welded construction

Welded concertina covers & bellows are manufactured in polyurethane on nylon fabric & produce strong aesthetically pleasing watertight seams that prevent ingress from oil & fine particulate. The fabric is extremely durable. It is UV & ozone stable & is rated for offshore applications. With welded seams there is no stitching to wear & polyurethane on nylon fabric has excellent resistance to abrasion. The combination is ideal for use on grinding applications, bulk transfer of aggregate & selective food products, heavy duty vehicle suspension units, water treatment & offshore industries. Welded bellows will produce a complete seal with good open-to-closed ratios. They are able to withstand low to moderate internal & external water & air pressure.
