Timber Eco Fill

Timber Eco Fill creates a fantastic habitat for a number of beneficial insects, mammals and invertebrates. Although the product is biodegradable, the timber used is 100% hardwood ensuring greater longevity. Our customers are constantly seeking new ways to minimise the impact their construction projects have on the environment and creating a natural habitat goes some way to minimising that impact. Logs are cut to 25cm in length and split from 8-15cm creating the perfect size for our gabion baskets. Gabion Baskets filled with this product should not be used in retaining walls or any structural application. The product is designed to be used as a free standing structure only, such as a base for seating.
