Goods Lift installed in Ash Vale Guildford Surrey with maximum working load 500kg, lift height 3035mm enclosed in a self-supporting mesh shaft. The platform will be 2100mm x 1000mm and guarded 900mm high on the non-loading edges. At the entrance to the lift at both levels there will be 2000mm high gates, which will be fitted with electrical interlocks to prevent the gates being opened unless the platform is docked at the appropriate level and prevent the lift being operated unless all gates are closed. At the lower level a 500mm long fixed ramp will be provided to assist loading on to the 50mm deep platform. To allow for the installation there is some racking and a top rail which must be removed to allow clear access for the lift. A 2.2kw, 415 volt, three-phase and neutral supply is required terminated in an isolator at the lower level. Control is via a hold to run, push button control station adjacent to the gates at both levels. Lead-time for this project is four weeks. A 12 month maintenance – annual service taken out includes 12 months Statutory Inspections and maintenance ensures continued safe and reliable use of the equipment and full compliance with current legislation. In brief it comprises an annual service with thorough examination and test, a six-month inspection and test and all labour or callout charges. Goods Lift supplied CE Marked with Declaration of Conformity. Operation and Maintenance Manual issue on completion. LOLER Report of Thorough Examination and Test issued on commission.
