Goods Lift Loading Dock Lift Halstead Essex Goods Lift – Loading Dock Lift (Single Scissor Mechanism) with 1500kg EDL, Goods plus Attendant. Platform size 3000mm x 1900mm closed height 300mm and a raised height 2000mm lift stroke 1700mm available limited to 1650mm stroke using an adjustable upper limit switch. Lift speed Approx. 27 seconds to full height, power supply 3ph 380-500v remote unit complete with protective cover, with emergency lowering valve. Platform 1100mm high mild steel handrails with mid rail and 150mm high kick plate suitable for mounting along one long side and one short end of the lift platform remaining short end to be fitted with double outward opening interlocked gates. Both the handrails and gates will be fitted with sheeted infill panels. Upper level will be fitted with 1100mm high double outward opening hinged gates complete with mechanical latch and electrical interlocked gates. These gates will also be fitted with sheeted infill panel. The platform will be fitted with a tread plate finish for improved grip in wet/dusty conditions. 3 x controls to be supplied, one to be fitted at the lower level, one to be fitted at the upper level and one to be fitted on to the long side handrail. Mild steel galvanised woven mesh panels to be fitted behind the safety trip bars along both short ends and one long side to enclose the scissor mechanism when in the raised position. Heavy duty upgrade items fitted at time of manufacture to suit frequent usage. Includes running wheels with bearings, chromed axles, greasing nipples in all links and drained hydraulic cylinders. Guided running wheels will be fitted to the lift. The complete lift will be finished in a highly durable, long lasting self-undercoating two part textured ZINC ground powder coat. RAL 5002 blue and RAL 2010 orange. Component parts finished in grey/black gloss. Warranty Three years parts and labour warranty, five years structural warranty.
