Platform to have a 3 side enclosed stainless steel cabin with roof size 1500mm x 1830mm x 2100mm in addition stainless steel checker plate panels are fitted on 3 sides at 1500mm and the floor in 304 stainless. Hydraulic Goods lift will be loaded with a fork lift truck and finished floor level being 5860mm. Lift doors twin opening size 1600mm wide x 2200mm high to allow entry of a FFT, with each door having a perspex viewing panel. Controls PLC lift logic, control board and push-buttons for both levels, sensors and shaft wiring and “Push to go” (one touch controls). Safety features are; Safety chain 24 VDC, Rupture valve, CRS electronic safety unit according EN81-2 A3 to prevent unintended movement. Each lift is supplied with mechanical lock which engages when the lift is docked at the upper level this allows a person to enter on the platform during loading. Hydraulic Goods Lift finished White RAL 9010 after installation both lifts enclosed in hygienic white wall cladding by others. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 50Hz, 5Kw, lift speed 0,13 m/s.
