Hot Dipped Galvanised Goods Lift London with 500kg capacity installed Camberwell London. Double Scissor Lift pit installed (pit by others) with a platform size 1850mm length x 1350mm wide closed height 400mm and total raised height 2400mm. Lift stoke 2200mm available limited to the required height of 1625mm using an adjustable upper limit switch. Lift speed approx 46 seconds to full height and power being 3ph 380-500v remote unit with 6M of hydraulic hose and cabling. Power pack housed within a protective cover. Lift supplied with the following; 2 x standard dead-man type wall mountable controls complete with scissor up, scissor down and e/stop buttons. Microprocessor based control system, housed within a lockable wall mounted enclosure located adjacent to the power pack. Box section supports fitted in each corner of the lift table base frame to prevent platform deflection whilst loading across all platform sides in the closed position. 4 x lifting eyes to assist in the lowering of the lift into the pit. 1100mm high mild steel handrails complete with mid rail and 150mm high kick plates suitable for mounting along both long sides of the lift platform. One short end will be fitted with an 1100mm high mild steel single outward opening hinged platform mounted gate complete with mechanical latch and electrical interlock. The remaining short end will be open as this will abut up against the upper level. The upper level will be fitted with a similar floor mounted infilled gate with a mechanical latch and electrical interlock so that the gate can only be opened when the lift is at the correct position. Mild steel galvanised woven mesh panels will be fitted behind the safety trip bars on both long sides and the front short end to enclose the scissor mechanism when in the raised position. The platform will be fitted with a tread plate finish for improved grip in wet/dusty conditions. The complete lift will be finished in a self-coloured hot dip galvanised finish due to the external location. Component parts finished in grey / black gloss.
