Bay Lift Services; Bay Lift, with maximum working load 500kg, enclosed in a mesh shaft. BayLift platform will be 1500mm x 1200mm (to be confirmed once the floor to floor height is confirmed) and guarded with rails on the non-loading edges. At the entrance to the lift at both levels there will be 2000mm high gates, which will be fitted with electrical interlocks to prevent the gates being opened unless the platform is docked at the appropriate level and prevent the lift being operated unless all gates are closed. To assist loading at the lower level there will be a folding toe/ramp on the loading edge of the platform, this is to be folded up when the lift is in transit to act as an anti-roll off stop. Either side of the lift there will be a small gap (circa 250mm) from the edge of the guarding to the edge of the loading bay, it will be the responsibility of the end user to refit handrails where necessary. A 20 amp, 240 volt, single-phase supply is required terminated in a double pole switch at the lower level. Control is via a hold to run, push button control station adjacent to the gates at both levels, due to the access into the area we will fit the controls with a lockable emergency stop button so unauthorised use can be prevented. Bay Lift supplied CE Marked with Declaration of Conformity. Operation and Maintenance Manual issue on completion. LOLER Report of Thorough Examination and Test issued on commission. Operator training carried out on completion.
