Data Centre Mezzanine Goods Lift Manchester Pit installed 1500kg twin column hydraulic goods only lift travelling through the mezzanine floor installed Manchester Science Park, Guildhall Close, Manchester M15 6SY. Goods Lift with a finished floor level 3920mm and platform size 2500mm x 2000mm fitted with 1100mm high infilled panels on the non-loading sides and an interlocking removeable shoring bar across the front opening. Mezzanine Goods Lift is free-standing self-supporting lift structure manufactured from 150mm x 150mm box section steel with clad infilled panels Grey RAL 7024. Mezzanine Goods lift fitted at lower level with 2300mm high double loading gates cladded with Perspex viewing panels these are fitted with interlock system to ensure that the loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if loading gates are not fully closed. Due to height restriction the upper level fitted with 1500mm high saloon style interlocking gates. Mezzanine Goods lift fitted with “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at both levels fitted as standard. To prevent damage from pallet trucks and forklift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D500mm x L500mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 4Kw control voltage 24-volt IP55.
