Goods Lift Isle of Man supplied, delivered and installed on the Isle of Man. Mezzanine floor goods only lift with operator access for loading and unloading, located indoors in an area with no public access and to be used by trained operators. Useable platform area 1500mm x 1400mm with travel 2.760m floor to floor, platform having single electrically interlocked 1100mm high gate, and twin electrically interlocked gates 1100mm high to the opposite side of the platform, along with 1100mm high handrails to remaining 2 sides that c/w knee rails and toe plates, through floor lift with mast supported by building structure. Customer to provide 1870mm x 1775mm aperture in floor for lift to pass through with wall adjacent to mast side of lift capable of supporting 6 off RAWLBOLT type fasteners with pull out loads of 8kN per bolt. Customer to provide double doors at the lower level as per customers drawing, engineers will then fit interlocks whilst installing the lift. Please note that it is required that the double doors supplied by the client are installed the same day as the lift, and they will need to be installed after the lift has been positioned, engineers will then build the upper enclosure whilst the double doors are being fitted by the client, engineers will then interlock the double doors immediately and commission the lift. Customer to provide 200mm deep pit at lower level with the pit edges in line with the aperture above. Power pack mounted on top of the enclosure to keep it within the enclosure footprint as per the request of the client. Three sided wire mesh enclosure at upper level extending 1600mm above floor level with twin electrically mechanically interlocked gates on one side. Enclosure to be floor mounted around aperture. 100mm/s lift speed, duty cycle: intermittent operation, latching push button controls for call, send and E/Stop at both levels, anti-slip platform surface, overload sensor, manual emergency lowering, maintenance stops, hose failure protection. 3 phase neutral and earth supply with isolator adjacent to lift.
