Goods Lifts Andover Hampshire 500kg single mast hydraulic Goods Lift installed Andover Hampshire. The goods lift operates from same side loading / unloading to a finished floor level 3000mm and has a platform size 1500mm x 1500mm fitted with 1100mm high infilled panels on the non-loading sides and twin opening interlocked gates finished in Traffic Red RAL 3020. At the lower level a fixed ramp 1250mm long x 1580mm wide will be provided to assist loading on to the 120mm deep platform finished Red RAL 3020 Goods Lift enclosed in self-supporting structure manufactured from 100mm x 100mm box section steel with clad infilled panels Grey RAL 7024. Mezzanine floor goods lift fitted with 2000mm high double loading gates cladded with Perspex viewing panels at each level and these are fitted with interlock system to ensure that the loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if loading gates on any level are not fully closed. The overall height of the upper level structure is 2250mm. Safety shoot bolts are fitted which allows for the operator to enter the lift platform safely while the lift is docked at the upper level, the shoot bolts also eliminates any flex in the platform during loading and unloading. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at both levels fitted as standard. To prevent damage from pallet trucks and fork lift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D500mm x L500mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 1.5Kw control voltage 24 volt IP55.
