Goods Lifts Scotland 3 Stop Goods Lift with a total raised height of 4170mm and a lift capacity of 1500kg, Platform is Anti Skid checker plate with a platform size 1650mm x 1350mm however the addition of the platform mounted guard rail will reduce the useable platform size by approximately 25 mm on each side. This will result in a useable platform size of 1600 mm wide x 1300 mm depth. No ramp is required as the lift is in a shallow 130mm deep pit to allow for easy roll on roll off access. Pit works carried out by the client. Stop positions are set at Ground, 3170mm, and 4170mm. At ground level and 3170mm lift is fitted with 2000mm High Saloon Style Gates. The gates are fitted with Heavy Duty interfaced lock system to ensure that the loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if a loading gate on any level is not fully closed. Operation is by Electro-hydraulic, Electrics 3 phase, 415v, 50Hz, 3.0Kw, Controls Low Voltage dead man’ push buttons fitted with key lock and emergency stop at each level. “Press to go” push button controls at all floor levels: Platform mounted 1200 mm high guard rail on side opposite lift columns with single drop bar on loading sides.
