Grant Munro joins Matcon in the role of Operations Director

We are pleased to welcome Grant Munro as our Operations Director. Grant joins Matcon from SPX Cooling Technologies in Worcester and brings a wealth of strategic operations experience. Grant will lead the Operations team at Matcon ensuring that they are well positioned to consistently deliver exceptional levels of service to our internal and external customers and support Matcon's business growth strategy. Grant is a strong believer in ‘customer obsession’ and that building meaningful relationships with customers is vital to the success of any business. "If our interactions with our customers are always expedient and led with integrity and trust, we gain their respect and support. We should always be flexible in our day-to-day dealings with our customers and challenge ourselves to find solutions to customer's problems. As an operational lead I’ve always believed we need to serve our internal and external customers with the same passion and drive. Achieving this will be key to building on the culture of customer obsession”. Grant joined Matcon on the 28th January 2019 after 13 years with his previous employer, SPX Cooling Technologies Ltd and 20 years in the Cooling Tower Industry.
