Visit us in Booth No.: 1653 to see our latest engineering advancements. Matcon will exhibit its Bulk Discharge Station integrated upstream from the Fitzpatrick CCS720. As it is common for powders being discharged into a Roller Compaction System to present flow problems, the Matcon System, with its unique cone valve, is the preferred refill method. Matcon's cone valve discharge has been proven time and time again to overcome bridging, blocking and segregation issues. Matcon provides complete solutions for Solid Dosage manufacturing based upon the use of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) with the focus on flexibility, efficiency, hygiene and powder containment. The Fitzpatrick Company is very pleased to introduce their NEW Contained Chilsonator System (CCS720). The new contained System is cGMP and boasts easy disassembly, Wash-In-Place capabilities and a new roll compactor and mill configuration. Fitzpatrick will be showcasing their lab-scale L1A FitzMill, ideal for small capacity applications. Quadro will feature their Liquids, Solids and Material Handling process equipment lines including the HV-Emulsifier & Wet Mill, a micron and submicron single-pass Emulsifier & Wet API Mill with process capacities from 1 – 295 l/min; and the Kontinuum – a Continuous Disperser System – which allows controllable and accurate powder into liquid 24/7 processing. Also on exhibit will be the Quadro® Comil®, the global standard in size reduction technology; the Quadro® FlexSift , a compact, in-line, high-capacity, vibration-free security screener, and the Quadro Vac® pneumatic vacuum conveying system with compact dust-free operation/one-step conveying. Microfluidics offer a full range of pharmaceutical-quality machines and processing pressures, with unrivalled results in uniform particle size reduction and repeatability. Their product exhibit will include the LV1, a low volume bench-top machine, which brings high shear Microfluidizer processing capabilities to samples as small as 1 ml, and the M-110EH-30, a mobile high shear fluid processor.
