Surestat Benchtop anti-static mats offer double or triple layer static ESD rubber rolls and custom-cut mats with FREE studs. These ESD mats are essential for preventing minor shocks when handling electronic components and materials prone to static build-up, and they can be supplied with or without FREE studs. With a thickness of 2mm, the static dissipative matting boasts high aesthetic appeal along with excellent heat and chemical resistance. Its features include dissipative surface resistivity, compliance with accepted standards for static decay rate, durability, flexibility, and outstanding lay-flat properties. The surface resistance and resistance to the ground meet the standards of 5 x 10∧6 - 5 x 10∧8 according to Standard IEC 61340-5-1. Additionally, the charge decay time is less than 0.009 sec for Blue, Grey, or Green options, as tested by FTM 101C No: 4046 (5000v - 500v).
