Die Bonding Tape

We have tested many tapes and in our opinion this is the best. Manufactured by 3M this high quality heat activated tape (otherwise known as die bonding tape or die bonding film is primarily used for securing hot foil plates/ blocks to your machines aluminium die plate. Each roll is 75mm wide and 55m long. We sell by the roll or metre It can also be used to stick make ready materials such as heat foam to heated beds. This die bonding film is heat activated – Apply a minimal amount to the rear surface of the hot foil die ( this will need to have been warmed slightly ) in each corner to secure to your heater plate,bring plate up to meet heater plate and hold under pressure for a count of 20 to bond to your machines die plate.
