Orders are announced by Metric Cash Management Solutions, part of the Swindon-based Metric Group, for banknote sorters and counters for an increasing number of cash and carry outlets.
Blakemore, the third largest wholesale cash and carry company in the UK, has placed further orders for the Glory GFS-100 banknote sorter to support their increase of customers.
The GFS-100 Series is a simple and efficient teller solution to banknote value counting and authentication. It is also the teller’s frontline defence against counterfeit banknotes using state of the art technologies.
The latest orders are for Blakemore’s Killingworth, Swansea and Saltley outlets as Blakemore has increasingly found that the GFS-100 is improving their point of sale and end of day reconciliation. They say the banknote sorter is also protecting their depots from suspicious banknotes in circulation.
As one of the largest suppliers to wholesale cash and carries in the UK, the Millennium Group has ordered their first machine to improve the speed and accuracy of their cash processing.
Again, Metric Group say the GFS-100 banknote sorter – through its efficient performance, maximum levels of recognition and authentication - will put up an effective barrier to suspicious notes that are in circulation.
Glory EV8650 banknote counters have been ordered by Hyperama Wholesale for their West Bromwich depot.
Metric Group has already supplied machines to West Bromwich and Nottingham sites for point of sale. Hyperama recognise the benefits of speeding up cash processing for cash and carry customers.
At the same time, putting up the most effective barrier to counterfeit banknotes.
