Series 1000 terminal blocks are available in 2 grades of housing material, nylon 6 and nylon 6.6 (T type) which is suitable for high temperature applications. Two variations of wire protectors are offered, type HDS have standard protectors and type MDS have barrier inserts. They are available in standard height and raised base (suffixed K) which are suitable for applications where creepage and clearance distances must be observed. Drawings for the K version can be supplied upon request. Versions without wire protectors are also offered with barriers in inserts (type SL).
