Introducing our most dynamic MPEG-4 DVR - the DX-TL5716E
Mitsubishi Electric, a world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced security solutions, is pleased to introduce a new 16 channel digital recorder, the DX-TL5716E. Complementing Mitsubishi's comprehensive range of security solutions, the DX-TL5716E utilises MPEG-4 compression providing reliable 24/7 surveillance. Ideal for multi-site locations, this DVR is the perfect solution for domestic, retail, banking and corporate applications. Demonstrated at IFSEC earlier this year the DX-TL5716E is equipped with a range of features, including built in motion detection, time and date search facilities and a multiplexer output function that allows up to 6 different viewing modes for the simultaneous monitoring of both live and recorded footage. Built with real time recording and playback functionality, the DX-TL5716E provides up to 400 frames per second, enabling the reproduction of high quality, detailed images; in addition this DVR benefits from a 450TVL resolution, further enhancing the accuracy of recorded images. Mitsubishi's DX-TL5716E comes as standard with a built in CD-R/RW/DVD-R/RW drive which is a key feature in today's market, as well as multiple USB ports. Economically priced, a new user-friendly interface has been incorporated into the design; the GUI (graphical user interface) features large icons which represent different menu options easily selectable utilising an external mouse. Two high-capacity HDD's can be accommodated inside the unit and an additional 18 HDD's can be added externally if more memory is required using a DX-ZD6E memory expansion unit. Designed as a compact and lightweight solution, the DX-TL5716E can easily and conveniently be installed in virtually any location. Benefiting from a number of security features, including password and data tampering detection, this DVR can be programmed to restrict access to authorised users only. Furthermore, Mitsubishi has developed its own software solutions, PC200 and Nethunter IP. PC200 has been designed to manage DVR's only, while Nethunter IP can operate with both DVR and IP systems. All of Mitsubishi's DVR's are fully featured, easy to install and operate and can be connected easily to a DX-KB5 keyboard for advanced control. For added peace of mind Mitsubishi provides a 24 month warranty and support from its own in-house technical and service team. Dean Kemp, UK Sales Manager said "Mitsubishi's security products are built to the highest standard ideal for applications where high quality recording and display is essential. The DX-TL5716E is one of our most advanced DVR's and is ideal for large installation environments."
