Twist-N-Lok Abrasive Discs

Moleroda's Twist N Lok disc are our most abrasive discs and very affective for stock removal on flat surfaces. The hard rigid plastic backing on these discs keep these abrasive grinding discs cutting and maintaining a flat surface. This is very useful when a flat surface is critical. Some applications could be a mould tool, a fabricated precision item or medical or aerospace etc or could be for a sculpture and aesthetic value. These discs come in a range of size diameters and grit sizes from 25mm to 75mm and 60 grit to 180 grit. The grit is aluminium oxide resin bonded and are an alternative to Velcro or self-adhesive abrasive discs. They have a cleaver locking system so the discs will not fly off and maximum pressure can be applied to the disc.
