Morclean Aqua HC 35/50/75 Water Recycling System

The Morclean Aqua HC 35/50/75 is a vehicle wash water recycling system which can work with moving gantry or conveyor washes that use hot and cold wax, shampoo and rinse aid. The system is fabricated in stainless steel grade 304 and the unit is also available with a weatherproof canopy for external siting with heaters for frost protection. These water recycling systems are ideal for when the water supply is restricted and there is no drainage available on site, then this system can be beneficial for example in a car park. Environmental agencies and water companies are becoming particularly concerned with the quality of effluent discharge consent limits. Where there is no drainage available our Water Recycling System can permit the installation of vehicle washing installations as all the water is recycled. The Water Recycling System can be used in conjunction with most Morclean Systems including Screen Wash Systems, Gantry Wash Systems, and Wheel Wash Systems.
