Tube Beading - Internal Roll forming

Although internal roll forming is generally slower than ram forming, it also has advantages of its own such as holding much tighter tolerances. The head is formed by the use of serrated clamp jams which hold the tube in place, and an axial pressure is then applied to create the head.
