Maturing Climatic Systems

Our maturing climatic chambers function as “enclosed systems“ which means we condition the circulating air. Because of this system, they require only a small volume of fresh air and can be operated independently of the weather with low expenditure of energy. Installed difference temperature controllers enable the use of external air for cooling. Our air conditioning units used in the maturing chambers are individually designed to suit the customer’s requirement’s in question, and are manufactured from stainless steel giving an extremely durable and low-maintenance design. Air distribution ducts and return ducts are individually designed for each application. As a result of identical flow conditions in the chamber even maturing of all the food items in the chamber is achieved. Our cleaning in place system enables you to clean the air conditioning unit, air distribution ducts and return duct completely. The proven UNIGAR® systems are utilised for maturing chambers from 1 – 6 trolleys. Because of the modular design, larger chambers for up to 60 trolleys can be welded together, so that the stainless steel modules are steam and smoke leak proof. The climatic room equipment can also be installed into brickwork installations on the customer’s site. We have implemented maturing rooms for 240 trolleys with excellent results. We can offer engineering and technical advice to you early on in the planning phase and can present you with recommended configurations in accordance with your requirements.
