Description of Digitronic rf 3 d-n and INDAS Ness process control system.
The Digitronic rf3 d-n microprocessor that we use has been specially developed for our plants. The knowledge of our meat technologists and the experience feedback from our customers has led to an optimum design concept.
The control system is designed to be easy to understand, user-friendly and robust. It possesses all the features that are required for a modern operation, such as Delta-T operating mode or F-value control. Data transfer between our control systems and the UNIGAR® plant takes place opto-electronically via an optical fibre cable. This prevents the control system being affected by other machinery and contributes to the reliability of our control systems. Our control system has built-in important pre-requisites for time and energy saving production. Different products can be cooked at the same time, and food items can be individually monitored via two core sensors that can be connected inside the chamber. Removal of the products takes place after a completion signal from the control system. This ensures that each product is unloaded exactly when it is fully cooked or smoked etc.
Furthermore, limits can be defined for the moisture content - in the drying process, drying is undertaken only until the pre-set value for moisture content is achieved.
These are only two examples of the many opportunities offered by our control system that is highly advantageous for you.
All our control systems are fitted with a printer connection. With a printer you can easily and simply print out your programmes, and keep records as quality documentation for your products. Our control systems are designed for connection up to our NESS INDAS process control system. With this latter system one or more plants can be controlled, monitored and documented.
