All our equipment can be fitted with friction smoke generators, sawdust smoke generators and liquid smoke generators, giving you efficient and when required, maximum smoke penetration. Ness offers you alternatives. For each type of smoker Ness has a particular highly developed smoke generator. All of our smoke systems produce a constant density aromatic smoke with very low levels of tar production. They are renowned for their simple and economical operation, along with their reliability. For each size of processing plant, Ness can offer the appropriate sawdust, friction or liquid smoke generator. You decide with which smoke generator your food products should be smoked. You can also, of course, connect different smoke generators onto a chamber, so that you can select the optimum smoke generation process for each product. For each type of smoke generator the basic principle remains the same: you only need to produce the smoke that is actually necessary for the smoking result required. Using the smoking process in the enclosed Circo-Smoke-System® the consumption of the smoker material can be reduced by 80% compared with open plants. That means lower smoker material costs for you, reduced pollution of all parts of the chamber and hence less cleaning resource also. Using our control systems the smoking processes are carried out automatically, precisely and tailored to your products. In addition we can offer you our patented steam condensation smoke method. Using this method you are able to smoke faster and more evenly. We can advise you, based on your production process, objectively as to which type of smoke generation offers you the most advantages - at the same time taking into account the colour and taste that you and your customers prefer. For all systems we guarantee: Optimum smoking results, an even colour and taste on all levels of the trolley and on all trolleys in a chamber – individually, precisely adjustable. Reliable reproducibility of all smoked products, which means every day the same smoked products when starting with the same material. Very low consumption of smoker material as a result of the enclosed Circo-Smoke-System®. Automatic cleaning of smoke generator and smoke tubes. Long life with low maintenance, as a result of particularly robust construction. Very high operational reliability. No compromises with regard to safety, hygiene and environmental protection. Our Circo-Smoke-System® guarantees smoke emissions into the atmosphere of less than 50 mg, (per m3 exhaust air – German requirement). To achieve this we do not use post-combustion, catalysts or smoke washers. Our system reduces significantly the volume of wastewater.
