With immediate effect, Ness is able to supply high-performance twin friction smoke generators for hot smoking systems with up to 10 trolleys per chamber. Two systems are already in operation. The FR 1600/6 represents a further development of our FR 800 friction smoke generator with 2 magazines for 3 friction timbers each. The external dimensions are 1.300 mm wide, 2.190 mm high and 820 mm deep. Through a special smoke return system, we were able to further improve the smoke generation capability of our friction smoke generators. In combination with our Circo-Smoke-System®, also the new generation of smoke generator ensures compliance with the new 4th BImSchV regulations. Post-combustion, catalysts or air washers are not required. The Circo Smoke System® ensures that our smoke generating plants only generate as much smoke as required for optimal, individual smoking of your meat, sausage or fish products. Closed-system smoking avoids energy, weight and heat losses. Compared with an open system, a closed system only consumes 15% of the smoking material. Lower consumption of smoking material leads to significantly reduced soiling of the smoke tubes and of the overall system compared with an open plant. This means you have to spend less time, water and detergent for cleaning, and less contaminated waste water is produced. In future, legislators will increasingly use the quantity and degree of contamination of the waste water as a basis for assessing systems
